Each year, the Show brings together more than 100 U.S. and international artisans and dealers, including a number of I.G.M.A. Artisans and Fellows. They offer collectors unique, well-crafted 1-inch, 1/2-inch, and 1/4-inch scale miniatures from around the world.

At the Show - A Great Collaboration

Occasionally, Fern Vasi and Jo Meyer exchange ideas and collaborate on an inventive and exciting project utilizing their respective skills. The combination of  Fern's artist dolls and Jo's oil paintings makes for delightful and innovative 1:12 scale scenes. If they have had time to create something new together, you are likely to find it on one table or the other at the Show. Here are some past projects.

Dealer Josephine "Jo" Meyer, Painter

Josephine "Jo" Meyer was born in Italy, where she studied art and restoration. She likes recreating the work of the old masters, the impressionists, and abstract art in miniature. Jo Meyer: Friday Workshop, Original Paintings, Furniture & Accessories

Josephine "Jo" Meyer creates original oil paintings, miniature copies of the Masters, and whimsical animal paintings. She works in 1-inch, 1/2-inch and 1/4-inch scale. She also hand-paints furniture and accessories. In 2001 she achieved the status of IGMA Artisan. At the Show - Paintings, Furniture & Accessories

A very versatile artist and miniature enthusiast, Josephine "Jo" Meyer's  paintings range across several themes. She creates original 1:12 scale paintings, miniature copies of the Masters, and whimsical animal paintings. She also paints some smaller scale. Suzan and Charles Harville offer a wide variety of handcrafted miniatures including exceptional Halloween and wizard items. They have a really nice selection of handcrafted leather western wear, including beautiful saddles. Their splendid Sir Thomas Thumb handmade tools are not to be missed. The Harvilles will have some of their new shop machines such as drill presses, table saws, and a beautiful hand made lathe in room box settings.
