Each year, the Show brings together more than 100 U.S. and international artisans and dealers, including a number of I.G.M.A. Artisans and Fellows. They offer collectors unique, well-crafted 1-inch, 1/2-inch, and 1/4-inch scale miniatures from around the world.

Exhibit: Autumn Fair Stand & Cauldron Kitchen

Marie Gattis, San Jose, CA exhibited the "Autumn Fair Stand" at last year's Good Sam Show. "This was a Mini-Cals Club project. Since the Fair was to be held in autumn, I decided to put a roof over mine, in case of rain."



In 1:12 scale, the exhibit is 8" wide, 9" deep and 7" tall.


Marie Gattis also exhibited the "Cauldron Kitchen." She tells us, "This exhibit was made from a JoAnn Swanson project as show in Dollhouse Miniatures magazine (October 2002)."

Exhibit: Dress Shop Take Over

"Dress Shop Take Over" in 1:12 scale was created by Anna McCuistion from Ceres, California (located in Stanislaus County).  It is filled with one-of-a-kind items made by Anna. This includes the "dresses, woven and filled baskets, filled bottles, hats, hat stands, jewelry and displays, dressed tables, etc." She adds, "I handmade the clothing and dressed the skeletons."

Exhibit: Beginning Spirits

Karen Norman, Gilroy, California exhibited "Beginning Spirits" at last year's show. She cleverly created a delightful fall kitchen scene inside a lightweight and easy-to-carve craft pumpkin. Karen then decorated the exterior in autumn foliage, flowers and berries. She tells us, "This was my first mini adventure...I'm hooked! The mini-spirits have invaded my mini-brain."

Barbara & Lew Kummerow are a husband and wife team who make Tiffany lamps and other exceptional lighting. Creepy 5.5" tall Coffin that slides apart with Haunted Village. The top (front) of coffin has an acrylic window to view the houses.
Sold separately, the 5 houses are 5/8" tall to 7/8" tall. Each is lit with a blue LED. The battery and switch unit is hidden in the back of the coffin.


Twice as Sweet Vintage Christmas Stove Vignette Kit with 1:12 scale and a 1:48 scale stoves. LED lights inside the larger stove give the burners on the large stove and the oven on the small stove a red glow. An accessory kit and molds to make gingerbread boys and girls in 1:12 and 1:48 scales are available.

At the Show - Halloween Collectible

A few years ago, Barbara and Lew Kummerow offered this charming one-of-a-kind Autumn (Halloween-themed) house in 1/2" scale. The house was also available with a unique Spring, Summer or Winter theme. At the Show - Halloween Decorations

Tom Lee of Lee's Microcosm makes a unique line of hand carved Jack O' Lanterns (carved pumpkins). Tom finds ideas for faces in magazines, off the internet, and from his own imagination.
