Chris uses a wide variety of exotic timbers, both reclaimed from period antiques and from an extensive collection of rare veneers. Every wood joint is carefully considered and every marquetry motif is designed specifically for each piece. The ormolu mounts are hand crafted using traditional lost wax bronze casting and finished with 24-carat gold. Facebook: chris malcomson miniatures Web: http://chrismalcomsonminiatures.co.uk
