Dealer Sue Herber - Small Scale Kits & Furnishings and a 1:12 scale Kit

Sue Herber is an IGMA Artisan in Smaller Scales. She makes and sells mainly small-scale structure kits and finished furnishings. If you want to try to make a quarter-scale structure, but find the furnishings a challenge, her finished accessories are the way to go. Sue's 1:12 scale "Boulangerie" is delightful. "Steamboat Folly" quarter-scale kit. Heavily decorated one room gingerbread Victorian Folly. 2-1/2" wide, 2-1/2" deep, 5" high on a patio that is 3-inches x 4-inches.

"Gnome Home" quarter-scale kit. Size is 3-1/8" wide, 3-3/4" deep, and 5-3/4" high. Furniture kit and hand-painted gnome man or woman sold separately.

"Mother Goose Cottage" quarter-scale kit. Size is 5-1/2" wide, 4-1/2" deep, and 5" high. Finished furnishings sold separately. 
"Boulangerie" French bakery kit in 1:12 scale). Loaded with detail, the furnishings and 50 finished baked goods are included. Size is 7" wide x 3-1/2" deep x 9-1/2" high.
