New to Good Sam in 2011, Janet Smith of Desert Minis, Inc. specializes in creating a wide range of quarter-scale foods and kits. She makes some half-inch scale and micro scale foods. Janet offers workshops at Good Sam. Last year, she taught how to make quarter-scale fruits and candies in the Sunday morning Tools & Techniques Program. A consummate perfectionist, Janet is constantly re-inventing her line of offerings.
