Ray Storey

Ray Storey started working as a glassblower making full size scientific glass. Fortunately for us, he found the miniature world, and now specializes in lighting fixtures with glass shades and also miniature scientific glass ware. 2014 will be his 5th year at the show, be sure to stop by and see his delightful offerings. From England: Ray Storey Lighting

Ray Storey of England has been a dealer at Good Sam since 2010.  He handcrafts exceptionally fine 1:12 scale lighting fixtures with hand blown glass shades from the Tudor, Georgian, Victorian and Art Nouveau eras. 2 Arm oil or gas mantle with Ruby glass shades. Also made in Green or Frosted Glass.
2 Arm bronze uplighter with Gas, fitted with Clear Ribbed bowls.
Working Bunsen Burner. If connected to a flicker unit, this bunsen looks very real as it has a Grain of Wheat bulb fitted in the center of the tri-pod.
A set of 3 Bristol Blue bottles. Ideal for a Chemist Lab.
Brass table lamp with Emerald Green Shade. The shade on this lamp can also be done in Ruby Cranberry and Frosted Glass. It is a very popular lamp.

At the Show - Lighting and Chemistry Glassware from England

Ray Storey of England handcrafts fine 1:12 scale light fixtures with hand blown glass shades from the Victorian, Georgian, Tudor, and Art Nouveau eras. His glass shades are fitted with fantastic screw thread shades and easily replaceable bi-pin bulbs. The shades simply unscrew whenever you wish to change the bulb.
